In search of an unfinished dialogue. A few raw ideas

The author suggests resuming the interrupted dialogue between Freud and Jung on the basis of fundamental concepts like the description and function of the dream in various transference situations. He uses the concept of transcendent function, a concept Jung introduced to his theoretical arsenal when he undertook his self-analysis. Likewise, he compares the dream interpretation of the Biblical patriarch Joseph to that of Daniel.
