The animals from the sky

Early man projected his imagination onto the sky, assembling the stars to make constellations of them. Each constellation corresponded to a mythological figure. Animals were heavily represented in mythology, just as they were in life. Thus, stars made it possible to reflect the structure of the collective unconscious.
