Narcissus or Iphigenia: moments of creativity with narcissistic pathologies

The author puts forward some ideas concerning the technique of interpretation and transference relations in narcissistic clinical situations. He proposes a reflexion on some lines of advance from analytical work in the 1920’s. Finally he introduces the myth of Iphigenia as a possible prototype of the process of individuation.
