Looking into the window of sand play

Is the sand-play setting an analytical one? From his own experience with children, the author discusses about elements which constitute the sand-play setting. He focuses on Malleable Medium and on Transitionnal Object in sand-play practicing. He shows how Playing and Touching, which are most unusual in the course of an analysis, are in this particular practicing central analytical constituents.
