How to hear the words “masculine” and “feminine” and the qualities that everyone attributes to them? How to hear their radical put on discussion, at work for some decades? These two words are traditionally associated with Jungian concepts of anima and animus. However, two other concepts also coming from Jungian theory, namely the eros and the logos, and more precisely the very old and deep cleavage that has been established between them, can be very useful in the attempts to understand and explain the important changes taking place today in the articulation of the “masculine” and the “feminine” both time at the individual and collective level.
