Women and the Genius

This text develops the idea that Jung in no way minimized the importance of sexuality in psychic development and the individuation process. On the contrary, when sexuality is gradually related to spirituality, instead of being opposed to it, an erotic of the soul is engendered, a fundamental dynamic both in the inner experience of each person and in his or her emotional relationship to the other and the outer world. Two clinical examples illustrate this approach, adapted to the more specifically feminine side of sexuality.
